Frequently Asked Questions:
- They say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. We could all use a little buffer/grace time right now, so we added a few days with membership on a per month basis.
- Why log our self-care and wellness activities or set weekly goals? Studies show that if you write things down that you are MUCH more likely to do them and to make healthy choices and setting goals helps to get what you want out of the experience and achieve the change you want.
- Be it stress or eustress (don’t know what this is, sign up and we will teach you!) EVERYONE is dealing with stress in some form right now due to COVID-19; financial uncertainties; increase/decrease in work; and/or the unrest, injustice, and instability in our communities. This program is designed to provide resources to help manage stress and build healthy wellness and self-care strategies. High levels of stress are associated with decreased immune function. Improving your self-care strategies is one way to help improve your immune functioning!
- Why is there a fee for this wellness challenge? If you pay to participate in something you are more likely to actively engage on a regular basis.
How much does it cost?
- Living Spirit Therapy Services LLC is committed to addressing inequity and justice in our community. We are offering one month free access for our Empowering Wellness Initiative for people from historically marginalized communities. If you have the means for paid registration and choose to do so, your investment helps us provide music therapy services for those who are not able to afford them.
